Hollywood Prospectus Podcast: Breaking Bad, New Girl, and Sleepy Hollow
On this week’s pod, Andy and I, two vast and trunkless legs of stone, stand in the desert and talk about Breaking Bad. We chatted about the transference of guilt and the shattering of expectations, asked what the hell is up with Todd, and spitballed on how Vince Gilligan’s masterful show could be even better if it were just a little more like Juice.
We wrapped up with a discussion of Fox’s Tuesday-night laugh riot, going over the new show Brooklyn Nine Nine, returning favorites New Girl and The Mindy Project, and the already reviled Dads. Finally, I strapped Andy to a pulley system in a television lab and had him convince me to watch Sleepy Hollow. Ichabod Crane has the juice now, folks. Look on our works and despair!
