Hazing has developed a bad rap in recent years, with various institutions carrying the practice way too far. But Major League Baseball teams seem to do it just right, focusing on fun and bonding experiences rather than mean-spirited degradation. The Rays, who might be the goofiest team in baseball year in and year out, have it down to a science.
