Right? This comes to us via noted Montreal enthusiast, helicopter photography expert, and connoisseur of ’80s television graphics (and occasional baseball dude) Jonah Keri. Take it away, Jonah: “It’s all here. Sweeping shots of the Montreal skyline. Glorious ’80s graphics. Al Michaels, impressively, correctly pronouncing MON-treal. It was a different time, too. Olympic Stadium was packed (and not just for All-Star games). Gillette razors had a measly one blade, which I assume meant pools of blood spurted out of your face until the arrival of the Quattro. And ABC World News Tonight was sponsored by an exotic beverage called Natural Light.”
