The Trenches NFL Podcast: Robert Mays and Ephraim Salaam
In this week’s Trenches, Ephraim and I start by wrapping up the discussion about the replacement referees before getting to actual … well, OK, it took us a bit to get to actual football. Along with talk about his disastrous game against John Abraham in Atlanta, Ephraim and I discussed the way NFL offensive linemen keep each other accountable (hint: It involves taking each other’s money. Lots of it), his least-favorite opponent, and what it was like to watch a 6-foot-8, 350-pound man get slapped in the face once a week. We also mention this week’s games. Occasionally.
