At the end of this Daily Show segment about Rupert Murdoch trying to buy Time Warner for $80 billion, Jon Stewart proposes a more practical idea: a Kickstarter campaign (“campaign” is a little serious for Kickstarter sometimes, no? how about “a Kickstarter thingy”?) to buy CNN for a reasonable $10 billion.
