This Orioles Batman Police Report Is Pretty Great
Justin Fenton at The Baltimore Sun reports that there will be no charges for Underpants Batman, a.k.a. 26-year-old Mark Harvey, the dude who apparently ran onto the field during Opening Day in Camden Yards. The state’s attorney’s office says Harvey won’t be charged because of a “miscommunication,” but he has been banned from the park, so, you know, maybe don’t do this, guys.
Fenton also posted the incident report from the near-streaking, and I don’t want to be all “let’s laugh at criminal behavior!” but for real, under “Pants” it says “Batman Underwear.”
