How the Pitchers Who’ve Outperformed or Underperformed Their Projections the Most Will Fare in the Second Half

Last week, we looked at the hitters who’ve most underperformed or overperformed the preseason expectations set by PECOTA, Baseball Prospectus’s projection system.
