B.S. Report: Cousin Sal

Nelson Chenault/US Presswire Aaron Rodgers

In the most emotional BS Report of 2011, Cousin Sal and I reunited for one of America’s top 2,500 favorite running podcast gimmicks: “Guessing the Week 1 NFL Lines.” It’s our fourth year doing it and I’ve won every season, so kudos to Cousin Sal for having the courage to return for another savage beating. If you’ve never heard this particular podcast before, we bring up every matchup for that week, then guess the spread … closest to the Vegas line wins. Why hasn’t this been made into a game show yet? I have no idea. All I know is that it’s an effective way to (a) ease into the gambling week, (b) celebrate gambling, and (c) help the young kids out there potentially develop gambling problems down the road.
