One of the Internet’s most valuable creations is a blog created last year titled “Tilda Stardust.” It’s a simple Tumblr-hosted website with a very straightforward premise:

And, for 24 pages, vertically placed side-by-side images of David Bowie and Tilda Swinton are posted, convincing the reader that they actually are the same person.
Our culture has an interesting history of memes coming to life. Sometimes it’s fantastic (McKayla not being impressed with Obama) and other times it’s the absolute worst thing that’s ever happened (“I’m the Juggernaut, Bitch” actually making it into X-Men: The Last Stand).
Consider David Bowie’s newest music video for “The Stars (Are Out Tonight),” costarring the pale goddess herself, Tilda Swinton, a gigantic win for memes coming to reality.
Just look at them:

Of course you think that’s Tilda in the pink, but are you sure?
Beyond the shocking resemblance, though, together they are the cutest two humans.

I know Iman’s your girl and all, David, but what’s better than rolling over and seeing a hotter, 14-years-younger version of yourself?

Just saying.

JUST SAYING.
With Tilda as a curly blonde, it’s easy to tell them apart, but when she loses that wig and they start putting lipstick on each other while spinning in circles, you really begin to see how one is just a Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V of the other.

The video is weird, as is the song, but they’re both great. Especially if you love Bowie, which all humans and aliens should.
Speaking of aliens:
